Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time All prints are made to order and require 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Please factor this into your expected delivery timeline.

Shipping Times Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

• Domestic (US): 3–4 business days

Total Estimated Delivery Time From the time you place your order, please allow approximately two weeks or 10 business days for delivery.

Shipping Costs Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7.95 for all domestic orders.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package to your door.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@studiodemzel.com with your order number, a photo of the entire print, and a photo of the damage. For lost shipments, please reach out and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

International Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — check back for updates.
