Refund & Return Policy
All prints sold by Studio Demzel are made to order through our print fulfillment partner. Because each piece is custom printed at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@studiodemzel.com with your order number, a photo of the entire print, and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.
Wrong Item Received If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled as they are sent to the print company as soon as the order is placed.
Color Disclaimer Colors in print may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and display settings. These variations are inherent to the printing process and are not considered defects.
