I have two options to work together:

Option 1 - Concept:

  • 1-3 hours, $100/hr
  • Video call or in person
  • We hash out what your looking for, while I sketch out a general plan for your building, using pen/paper, an iPad, and AI
  • Final deliverables - sketches and renders done during those 1-3 hours
  • Next step - you take these to an architect/builder who makes this concept into a reality
  • The benefit? You work out some of your early design ideas and big concepts. Choose this option if you like my work, would love to get a general building idea going, but don't necessarily want to make a big working commitment with me.

Time spent: 1-3 hours
Rate: $100/hr

Option 2 - Design:

  • $5,000-$15,000
  • Everything in option 1, and I take the design process into further detail
  • Final deliverables - option 1 + 3D model, floor plan with dimensions, 3-4 renders
  • Next step - you take these to an architect/builder who makes this concept a reality
  • The benefit? You have a solid plan going into a meeting with an architect or builder. They know what you're looking for right off the bat. This option is best if you like my work and also want a more detailed design.

Time spent: project dependent
Rate: $5,000-$15,000

Why not just start with a licensed architect or builder?

If you have someone in mind that you want to work with, great! The main reason you would work with me first is that you like my style/work. If we do work together, after we are done, we'll research and find a good technical builder with great project management skills to turn the design we come up with into the building you're looking for.

Note: I am not a licensed architect or builder. These deliverables are for general design purposes only and cannot be used for submitting official plans. With both options, you will have to hire an architect or builder who is licensed and can manage the project from my deliverables to completion.
